The guarantee does not cover broken products or damage due to misuses, such as stains with liquid or paint. Concrete is a solid material but sensitive to being broken accidentally.

Due to certain types of replacements, it is not always possible to return the same product due to the discontinuation of a particular part, color, or design. We replace the product with the closest matching we have.

The warranty does not cover the shipping cost.
